- Ensure each hole is punched accurately and within required tolerances
- Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions or issues
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production goals and progress

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Puncher or similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Familiarity with different types of materials such as metal, plastic, or paper
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately
- Basic math skills for calculating measurements and tolerances
- Physically fit for standing, bending, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods of time

Salary:
