As a Puncher, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process of various metal products. You will be responsible for using specialized tools to punch holes, shapes or designs into metal sheets according to specific requirements. This position requires a high level of precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Use specialized tools and equipment to punch holes, shapes or designs into metal sheets
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine punching specifications
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all punched holes or designs
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Puncher or similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of different types of metal and their properties
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Physical dexterity and strength
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts if necessary

Salary: $1400 per month
