Job Title: Rental Assistant

We are a dynamic rental company in Split, seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Rental Assistant to join our team. As a Rental Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with rental inquiries, managing reservations and contracts, and ensuring the smooth operation of our rental services. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to rental inquiries and assisting customers with their needs
- Manage rental reservations and contracts accurately, ensuring all necessary information is collected and documented
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure the timely delivery and return of rental equipment
- Conduct thorough inspections of equipment before and after each rental to ensure proper functioning and report any damages or issues to management
- Maintain a clean and organized rental area, including restocking supplies and keeping inventory up-to-date
- Assist with maintaining rental equipment by cleaning, repairing, or replacing as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding rental policies, procedures, and pricing

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an asset
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are an asset
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Basic knowledge of computer systems for managing reservations and contracts

Salary: Starting at $1800 per month

Location: Split (open to all nationalities)
