Entry-Level Smelter Operator

We are a leading metal processing company located in Split, seeking an Entry-Level Smelter Operator to join our team. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month. No prior experience is required as we provide on-the-job training for this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring the smelting equipment, maintaining proper temperatures and materials levels, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the process.
