We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Shaper in Split, Croatia. As an Apprentice Shaper, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in shaping surfboards from experienced professionals. This full-time position requires no prior experience, making it a perfect opportunity for freshers looking to break into the surfboard shaping industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior shapers in all aspects of surfboard shaping including sanding, glassing, and finishing
- Learn how to use shaping tools and equipment properly and safely
- Participate in team projects to create custom surfboards for clients
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times

Qualifications:
- Passion for surfing and interest in learning how to shape surfboards
- Willingness to work hard and take direction from senior shapers
- Ability to work full-time hours with some flexibility required based on project deadlines
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Croatia

Compensation:
This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month. In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn valuable skills from experienced professionals in the industry.
