We are a leading manufacturing company in Split, Croatia seeking a skilled and experienced Shaper to join our team. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for using various tools and techniques to shape and mold materials into desired forms. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or specifications to determine the shape and dimensions of materials
- Operate shaping equipment such as lathes, planers, grinders, or mills to cut, shape, and smooth materials
- Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of shapes and dimensions
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections and perform necessary repairs or adjustments
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Shaper in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Knowledge of different shaping techniques and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina and dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
