We are a construction company located in Split, Croatia and we are seeking an experienced Turner to join our team. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment used in the construction process.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery such as lathes, grinders, milling machines, and drill presses
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished parts
- Inspect finished parts for defects and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot any issues with machinery or equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Turner in the construction industry
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring instruments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if necessary
