Debt Collection Agent

As a Debt Collection Agent, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses to collect overdue payments. Your main goal will be to negotiate payment plans and arrangements, while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. This position is suitable for men who are looking to gain experience in the field of debt collection. You will work on a contract basis, with a salary of $1000 per month.

Your main responsibilities will include making outbound calls and sending written correspondence to debtors, tracking payment schedules and following up on missed payments, and updating account information in our database. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering any questions or concerns from debtors regarding their outstanding debts.

To excel in this role, you should have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in debt collection is not required, but it is preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong drive to succeed.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in computer systems and software, and fluency in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus). This position requires attention to detail, as you will be responsible for accurately recording all communication with debtors. Additionally, candidates must be able to work independently and efficiently manage their time.

This position is based in Split and may require occasional travel within the city for face-to-face meetings with debtors. While this job does not specifically require any physical demands, applicants should be comfortable sitting for extended periods of time while making phone calls or working on the computer.
