We are hiring a dedicated Collector to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Collector, you will be responsible for contacting individuals or businesses to collect outstanding debts and payments. This is a full-time position that does not require previous experience, making it an excellent opportunity for beginners or non-native speakers to gain experience in the field of debt collection.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact individuals or businesses by phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding debts and payments
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors
- Record all communication and updates on collection efforts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collected payments
- Follow all legal requirements and guidelines when collecting debts
- Collaborate with other members of the team to achieve collection targets

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Strong communication skills in English (Croatian proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to negotiate effectively and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
