Part-Time Property Adjuster

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Property Adjuster to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Property Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating property damage claims. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine the extent of property damage
- Gather and analyze evidence, such as photographs and witness statements
- Evaluate insurance policies to determine coverage for the damages
- Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and other parties involved in the claim process
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommended settlements
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders and claimants in an ethical manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in property adjusting is not required but is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Must have a valid work permit or residency in Croatia
