Factory Machine Operator
A leading manufacturing company in Dubrovnik is seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team on a contract basis. This position will require operating various machines in our factory, including but not limited to assembly lines, packaging machines, and quality control equipment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor various machines in the factory
- Ensure all products are produced according to specifications and quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues with the machines and make necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Inspect finished products for any defects or flaws
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Knowledge of basic mechanical principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
