Factory Machine Operator

A reputable factory in Dubrovnik is seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of machinery and equipment in the production process. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate assigned machines and equipment efficiently and safely
- Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting preferred but not required
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Must be eligible for employment in Dubrovnik, with accommodation provided if needed
