Job Title: Puncher - Dubrovnik, Croatia


As a Puncher, you will be responsible for creating punched holes in various materials such as metal, plastic, or paper. You will work with precision machinery and tools to accurately punch holes according to specific measurements and designs. This role requires attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Operate punch press machines to create holes in materials
- Read and interpret blueprints or drawings to determine hole placement
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate hole placement and size
- Use measuring tools such as calipers or rulers to ensure precise measurements
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Troubleshoot any issues with machines or materials
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating punch press machines or similar equipment
- Good understanding of blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mathematical skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials if needed
