Foundryman



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foundryman to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Foundryman, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining foundry equipment and tools to produce high-quality metal castings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, adjust, and operate foundry equipment such as furnaces, molds, ladles, and pouring devices
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct visual inspections of castings for any defects or imperfections
- Remove finished castings from molds and clean them using various tools and techniques
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any issues encountered
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; vocational or technical training in foundry work preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a metal casting foundry
- Familiarity with foundry equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Biometric passport preferred
- Must be able to work without accommodation
