Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Mix paints and match colors according to specifications
- Apply paint using various methods such as spraying, rolling, or brushing
- Use hand tools and equipment to remove old paint or rust from surfaces
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished work for any imperfections
- Follow all safety procedures and wear protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an industrial painter is preferred but not required.
- Physical strength and stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow instructions.
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials.
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for color matching.
- Good communication skills in English (Croatian language skills are a plus).
- Biometric passport is required.
