Slinger Operator

We are hiring a skilled and reliable Slinger Operator to join our team in Osijek. As a Slinger Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials and equipment around construction sites using a crane and sling. This role is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes and slings to safely move materials and equipment on construction sites
- Follow proper procedures for rigging loads, securing slings, and signaling crane operators
- Conduct pre-use inspections of equipment to ensure safety and report any issues or malfunctions
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate movements of materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
- Complete any other tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of crane operations, rigging, and signaling techniques
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Valid crane operator certification preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week.

Experience:
No prior experience is required for this role. Training will be provided on the job.

This position is located in Osijek, Croatia.
