As a Puncher, you will be responsible for punching holes and notches in various materials, such as metal, wood, and plastic. Your main duties will include setting up and operating punch presses, reading blueprints and specifications to determine proper hole placement, and inspecting finished products to ensure accuracy. You may also be required to perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of precision measuring instruments and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A high attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings is crucial. Previous experience as a Puncher or in a similar position is preferred.
