Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Puncher to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for performing precise and accurate punching tasks on various materials. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in punching and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate punching machines to create holes, notches, or other shapes on metal or plastic materials
- Set up and adjust machine settings according to job requirements
- Inspect materials before and after punching to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot any issues with the machines and make necessary adjustments
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area at all times
- Communicate with other team members to ensure production deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Puncher in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings/blueprints
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of different types of materials, including metal and plastic, is preferred
- Must have own visa and be legally authorized to work in Croatia without accommodation

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical or vocational training in machine operation is an asset.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, with regular working hours from Monday-Friday. Overtime may be required during busy periods. The role may involve standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50lbs.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.
