Milling Machine Operator


We are hiring a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Split. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining milling machines to produce precision parts and components for a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform various machining operations such as drilling, tapping, boring, and cutting
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand specifications and tolerances
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality standards
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet required specifications
- Maintain proper documentation of production processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the machining process
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards under pressure
- Good communication skills
