Blast Furnace Operator

We are searching for a skilled and reliable Blast Furnace Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnaces in order to produce iron or steel. Your duties will include monitoring equipment, adjusting controls, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month. Previous experience in blast furnace operation is not required, but basic knowledge of industrial processes and machinery is preferred. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain blast furnaces according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor equipment and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal production
- Troubleshoot any mechanical or operational issues that may arise
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to keep it running smoothly
- Keep accurate records of production levels, maintenance tasks, and any issues encountered
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals
- Follow all safety protocols and report any potential hazards immediately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical training in industrial processes is a plus
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and industrial machinery
- Ability to work well under pressure and in physically demanding conditions
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures accurately
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in Dubrovnik without sponsorship
