Factory Machine Operator

As a Factory Machine Operator in our manufacturing facility in Osijek, your main responsibility will be to operate and maintain various machines used in the production process. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure they are running efficiently and producing quality products
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and changing parts as needed
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make adjustments or repairs as necessary
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep records of production output and any maintenance or repairs performed on machines
- Communicate with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operation of the production line

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating machinery, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and diagrams for operating machines
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating production output

Salary:
