Land Surveyor


We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Bayan, Malaysia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total station, and laser levels
- Prepare and maintain survey reports, maps, and records
- Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine project requirements
- Use CAD software to create accurate drawings based on survey data
- Provide guidance and support to junior surveyors on the team
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total station, and laser levels
- Strong knowledge of CAD software for creating drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to land surveying

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

This job is located in Bayan, Malaysia.

Preference:
This job is open to all candidates but preference will be given to Malayalees.
