We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and support
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
