House Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client's household in Al-Rayyan. As a House Manager, you will be responsible for managing household staff, overseeing household budgets and expenses, and ensuring that all aspects of the household run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage household staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising
- Create and maintain household budgets and track expenses
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the household
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance
- Plan and organize events or special occasions for the family
- Manage inventory of household items and make necessary purchases
- Oversee meal planning and grocery shopping for the family
- Handle any administrative tasks related to the household, such as paying bills or scheduling appointments
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a House Manager or similar role preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of etiquette and formal service standards preferred
- Must possess a biometric passport for ease of travel
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. We are specifically looking for candidates who are Egyptian nationals with fluent English speaking skills.
