Job Title: Mason Supervisor

We are a construction company based in Salalah, seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons on various construction projects. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct a team of masons to complete construction projects according to specifications
- Ensure the quality of work meets industry standards and project requirements
- Train and mentor new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Coordinate with other supervisors to ensure smooth progress of construction projects
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment needed for masonry work
- Monitor and control budget for labor, materials, and equipment
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards before project handover

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason or similar role in the construction industry
- Proven experience in supervising and managing a team of masons on large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this role.
