Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Create visually appealing displays that highlight product features and benefits
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure products are properly priced and labeled according to company standards
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Conduct regular store visits to assess display quality and provide feedback to improve performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus)

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
