Construction Project Manager


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Doha, Qatar. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee all construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor progress and identify any potential issues or delays.
- Make necessary adjustments to plans and budgets to keep projects on track.
- Manage project resources including materials, equipment, and labor.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to specifications.
- Prepare progress reports for management and clients.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager in the Middle East.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month. Please note that this is a job for Indians only. Fluency in English is not required. This position does not offer accommodation or visa sponsorship. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Qatar.
