Merchandiser Supervisor

As a Merchandiser Supervisor for our retail company in Al-Khor, you will oversee the daily operations of our merchandising team and ensure that all products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing merchandising strategies, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with vendors to negotiate pricing and product placement. You will also be responsible for training and supervising a team of merchandisers, ensuring that they are meeting productivity goals and maintaining a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate must have experience in retail merchandising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A biometric passport is preferred but not required.
