We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Waiter in Khasab, Oman. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and presentable at all times
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Assist with setting up and breaking down tables and chairs
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but hospitality training is an asset
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly personality
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
