We are hiring for the position of Barista for our café in Al-Kuwait. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You must have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, both hot and cold
- Ensure consistent quality in every drink served
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with own visa or transferable visa
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, equipment, and latte art
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to communicate in basic English

Salary: 1200$ per month
Accommodation: Provided by the company
