We are currently seeking a Temporary Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Khasab, Oman. This is a temporary position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, kitchen operations, and customer service
- Create schedules and assign tasks to staff members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Ensure that all food and beverages served meet quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized environment in the restaurant at all times
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to obtain necessary work permits for employment in Oman
