Office Assistant


We are in need of an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Muharraq. The ideal candidate should be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks and assist with the smooth functioning of our office. This is a full-time position, suitable for men with or without prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for the team
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations when required
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Help with data entry, record keeping, and other clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
