Sales Manager - Al Buraymi, Oman (Contract)


We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company objectives. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Identify potential customers and develop relationships to generate new business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Manage sales team performance and provide guidance and support as needed
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Omani market
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of sales techniques, methods, and best practices
- Valid visa sponsorship for working in Oman
