Sales Manager for Malayalees in Bayan



We are searching for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team of Malayalee sales professionals in Bayan. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Malayalee community, and be able to effectively communicate with them in their native language.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team's performance, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the Malayalee community and expanding our reach in Bayan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Malayalee sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the Malayalee community
- Build strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team and provide feedback for improvement
- Work closely with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns targeted towards the Malayalee community
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam (spoken and written)
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably within the Malayalee community
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
