Welder - Urgent Hiring in Dubai for Indian Candidates



We are a leading construction company based in Dubai and we are urgently looking for skilled Welders from India to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures using various techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of metal structures
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Cut, shape, and bend metal pieces using various tools such as saws, shears, and welding equipment
- Weld or bolt metal components together to form structures
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control
- Troubleshoot any issues with equipment or materials
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to work in different weather conditions
- English speaking is preferred but not required
