Merchandiser Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandiser Specialist to join our dynamic team in Ajman. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing product displays and layouts in order to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective merchandising strategies that align with company goals. Your attention to detail, creativity, and strong analytical skills will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze customer buying trends to identify opportunities for product placement and promotion
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company goals and target audience preferences
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan product launches, promotions, and seasonal displays
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products to meet customer demand
- Conduct regular store visits to review product displays, stock levels, and overall presentation of merchandise
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and ensure compliance with company standards
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to continuously improve merchandising strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in order to make informed decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising techniques
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary: AED 1000 per month
