Product Designer

We are hiring a talented Product Designer to join our team in Medina. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-friendly designs for our products. You will work closely with our development team to bring your designs to life and ensure they meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and create design solutions that meet those needs
- Conduct research on user needs, market trends, and competitor products to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
- Develop detailed design specifications for development teams
- Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results
- Ensure consistency in design across all product platforms

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred:
- Experience designing for mobile applications
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
