Carpenter - Al Buraymi, Oman



We are in need of a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing wooden structures and fixtures according to specifications. You will also need to have a good eye for detail and be able to interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications.
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, pencils, chalk or marking gauges.
- Cut, shape and smooth materials using hand or power tools.
- Join materials together with nails, screws or adhesives.
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings etc.
- Repair or replace damaged frameworks or other structures.
- Follow safety procedures while handling equipment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role.
- Good knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to visualize finished products.

Education:
A high school diploma is required. A vocational diploma in Carpentry is preferred.

Salary:
1500$ per month.

Al Buraymi, Oman.
