Entry Level IT Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level IT Manager to join our growing team in Moscow. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. Your main duties will include managing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing new technologies, and ensuring data security.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, networks, and databases
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal efficiency
- Implement new technologies to improve system functionality
- Develop policies and procedures for data security and backup processes
- Train employees on proper use of technology systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, licenses, and warranties
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience working with various operating systems, networks, databases, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of data security principles
- Familiarity with cloud computing services is a plus
