IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology systems and infrastructure of our company located in Moscow. You will be leading a team of IT professionals and collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation and development of our technology.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient and secure use of technology.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Identify areas for improvement in technology processes and make recommendations for changes.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to provide strategic direction for the company's information systems.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Train employees on new systems or technologies as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with data security protocols and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members from different departments.
- Proven leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Fluency in English (Russian language skills are preferred but not required).

Salary: $1200 per month.
