Part-Time Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Moscow. As a part-time member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems and software. This role is perfect for students or individuals seeking flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computer systems and software
- Install and configure hardware and software as needed
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify complex technical issues and provide solutions
- Keep detailed records of all client interactions and resolutions
- Continuously update knowledge on new technology trends to provide efficient support

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role as a computer support specialist or IT technician
- Solid understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, networks, security, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of biometric passport systems is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
