Junior QA Engineer


The Junior QA Engineer will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting software applications to ensure they meet quality standards. They will work closely with the development team to identify and report defects, create test cases, and execute test plans. This role requires attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing on software applications
- Create and execute test cases based on project requirements
- Identify, report, and track defects using bug tracking systems
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues
- Write and maintain technical documentation
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies
- Knowledge of bug tracking systems such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Appium
- Basic programming skills in languages such as Java or Python
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
