Our company is hiring a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Moscow. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's databases, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and reliable. You will also work closely with our IT team to troubleshoot any database issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Database Administrator
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g. Oracle, MySQL)
- Experience with database design and optimization techniques
- Familiarity with data backup and recovery procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain databases for various applications
- Monitor database performance to identify and resolve issues before they impact users
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access or manipulation
- Develop and maintain data backup and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with developers to optimize database queries for faster performance
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions
- Keep up-to-date with new database technologies and trends
