Freelance Translator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Translator to join our team in Moscow. As a Freelance Translator, you will be responsible for translating a variety of documents and materials from Russian to English and vice versa. This role requires strong language skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering accurate translations within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Translate various documents, including legal, technical, and marketing materials, from Russian to English and vice versa
- Ensure accuracy and maintain the tone and style of the original text
- Proofread translated documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Collaborate with project managers to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Research industry-specific terminology to ensure accurate translations
- Maintain confidentiality of all translated materials

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in both Russian and English languages
- Proven experience as a freelance translator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of translation software tools (such as Trados) is preferred
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both languages
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Translation or a related field is preferred

Salary: 1100$ per month (based on experience)

Location: Moscow (remote work available)
