Finisher at Furniture Factory in Moscow

We are a well-established furniture factory in Moscow and we are urgently seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishes and final touches to furniture pieces before they are shipped out to our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, along with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces and apply finishes such as varnish, lacquer, or stain to furniture pieces according to specifications
- Sand and buff surfaces to achieve desired smoothness and shine
- Mix and match finishes to create custom colors
- Repair any imperfections or damages on furniture surfaces
- Ensure the quality of each finished piece meets our standards
- Maintain tools and equipment used for finishing processes
- Communicate with other team members regarding project progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role in the furniture industry
- In-depth knowledge of different finishes such as varnish, lacquer, stain, etc.
- Ability to mix and match finishes to create custom colors
- Familiarity with various sanding techniques and tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work in different shifts if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Furniture Finishing or related field
- Knowledge of safety protocols when working with finishes
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
