As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying the final touches to completed products in order to ensure their quality and appearance meet company standards. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month, based in Moscow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products for any imperfections and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Sand, buff, and polish surfaces using hand tools or machinery
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes by hand or using spray equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or in a similar role
- Skilled in using hand tools and power equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to identify defects or flaws in finished products
- Knowledge of different types of finishes and how to apply them correctly
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if required
- Flexibility to work on different shifts if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational training or apprenticeship in finishing or related field
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Experience working with wood, metal, or other materials commonly used in finishing
