Architectural Technologist



We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Moscow. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and developing technical drawings, plans, and designs for construction projects. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop plans and designs for construction projects according to specifications and building codes
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct site visits and inspections to gather information for design development
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position.

Location:
This job is based in Moscow. Applicants must be willing to relocate or currently residing in Moscow.
