Part-Time Preservation Architect
Location: Moscow, Russia


Our architectural preservation firm is seeking a part-time Preservation Architect to join our team in Moscow. The ideal candidate will have a passion for historic preservation and a strong understanding of architectural history and conservation techniques. This position is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the field while balancing other commitments.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on historic buildings and sites
- Create documentation and reports on preservation projects
- Collaborate with team members to develop preservation plans and proposals
- Assist with site visits and document existing conditions of buildings
- Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and government agencies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of architectural history and preservation principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong research skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on historic preservation projects or coursework in architectural conservation
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Fluency in Russian language

Salary:
Starting salary for this part-time position is 1800$ per month.
