Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Moscow. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of various architectural projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and understand their needs and requirements for each project
- Develop detailed drawings, models, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Create 3D visualizations and renderings to present design ideas to clients
- Research building codes, materials, and construction methods to ensure compliance with regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are accurately executed
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate project details
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D rendering programs (SketchUp, Rhino)
- Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferences:
- Prior experience working on projects in Moscow or Eastern Europe
- Fluency in Russian language is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
