As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Moscow. You will use your expertise in architecture and building design to create functional and visually appealing spaces that meet the needs and budget of our clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting site evaluations, developing design proposals, preparing construction documents, coordinating with contractors and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. You should have a strong understanding of architectural principles, project management skills, and proficiency in relevant software programs. A degree in Architecture and previous experience in commercial architecture is preferred. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ without accommodation.
